Who we are and what this policy covers

AMAAR ONE LTD is the operator and data controller for AARON Scooter Park, including personal information it receives through privacy enquiries. This policy describes the AARON Scooter Park mobile application distributed through the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android), game baseline v55. The Google Play developer account used for Android distribution is Melega Labs. AMAAR ONE LTD remains the operator and privacy contact for both platforms.

Privacy contact: aaron.privacy@amaar.capital.

No account or personal profile

No account or login is required. The app does not create an account or personal profile and does not ask you for your name, email address, phone number, date of birth or other direct personal identifiers. It maintains a local game save, not a remotely hosted user profile.

Information used on your device

The app stores game progress and preferences in its private in-app web view storage, using localStorage. This includes your puzzle board, level progress, moves, rewards, unlocked and equipped items, tutorial state, language and audio setting. These values allow you to continue playing and preserve your choices between sessions. The game also processes touch input, window dimensions, system text size and app foreground/background state to render the interface and operate correctly. Random values are used for puzzle generation, not as tracking identifiers.

The game code does not send these values to AMAAR ONE LTD, Melega or another server. It does not synchronise saves to a game account and does not operate a cloud-save service. Cloud backup of app data is disabled in this release; device migration behaviour can nevertheless depend on the device manufacturer or platform provider.

Networking, in-app web view and diagnostics

The game uses the platform's system web view component (Android System WebView on Android, WKWebView on iOS) to display game code and media installed with the app. On Android the address https://appassets.androidplatform.net/ is a local asset-loading origin, not an AMAAR server. The Android release declares no INTERNET permission, and on both platforms the content loader blocks external web requests. No game analytics, advertising or dedicated crash-reporting SDK is integrated. Application and rendering errors may be written to local device diagnostic logs; the game does not upload those logs to AMAAR ONE LTD.

The system web view is a component supplied by the operating system provider. Google documents that Android System WebView can report diagnostic data on a per-app basis when users have consented through system settings; this release explicitly opts out of WebView metrics reporting using Android's WebView.MetricsOptOut setting. Accordingly, this policy does not promise that the device, the web view provider, Google Play or Apple never processes technical information. Those services' processing, retention and privacy controls depend on their own policies and your device settings. Provider information: Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy), Android WebView privacy information (https://developer.android.com/develop/ui/views/layout/webapps/webview-privacy) and Apple Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/).

Advertising, identifiers and device permissions

The app has no advertisements, advertising SDKs, in-app purchases or subscriptions. Game rewards are earned by playing. It does not request tracking permission and does not implement access to the Android Advertising ID, Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), Android ID, IMEI, SIM identifiers or Wi-Fi identifiers. The app does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission because it does not track you.

Its only declared device permission is vibration/haptic feedback, used for game feedback. It does not request access to location, camera, microphone, contacts, Bluetooth, notifications or shared files and media. It does not implement clipboard reading or writing. Music and voices are prerecorded assets or generated sound playback, not microphone recordings.

Cookies, sharing and links

The game does not set tracking cookies, embed third-party advertising pages or offer an open-web browser. Its localStorage save is used for game functionality. There are no chat, messaging, public uploads or other user-generated content features. Choosing a character or equipment does not publish anything. The Privacy Policy screen inside the game displays this notice from a file installed with the app and works offline. The game does not depend on visiting an external website. References to independent providers in this notice do not embed their services in the game.

Children and young players

The game is intended for players aged six and over, including children and adults. The same game data practices apply to every player: the app does not ask for age, create child accounts, serve advertising or enable communication with other players. It has no age-verification or parental-consent flow. We do not represent that such a flow exists or that a device's diagnostic setting is verified parental consent. Parents or guardians may contact us about this policy and can remove the game's local data using their device's iOS or Android settings. Children should ask a parent or guardian to contact us instead of sending personal information themselves.

Privacy enquiries and legal grounds

If you email us, the email address, message and any information you choose to include are provided to us outside the game. Please send only what is necessary to explain your request; do not include passwords, identity documents or a child's personal details unless a lawful and necessary verification step has been explained to you.

We use privacy correspondence to respond to enquiries and address privacy rights or legal obligations, not to create a game profile. Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, handling necessary privacy requests relies on compliance with legal obligations; other necessary correspondence relies on the legitimate interest in responding to the sender, subject to their rights and interests. Local game state is used only to provide and remember the functions the player chooses. These statements are not a claim of blanket compliance with COPPA, GDPR or every jurisdiction's laws.

Retention and deletion

Local saves remain on your device until overwritten by gameplay, removed through Android's “Clear storage / Clear data” option for AARON Scooter Park, or removed when the app is uninstalled. On iOS, deleting the app removes its local data. Clearing cache alone may not remove a save. Clearing app data removes progress and preferences. AMAAR ONE LTD cannot remotely retrieve or erase a save that it does not receive. Local system logs are retained and rotated by the operating system; the app does not specify a fixed retention period for them.

We retain privacy correspondence while handling your request and delete it within 90 days after closure, unless a documented legal obligation or unresolved dispute requires longer retention. In that case, we keep only the necessary information for that purpose and review the need to retain it. This is our retention policy, not a universal statutory retention period.

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information we hold, object to relevant processing, request portability where applicable, or complain to your data-protection authority. Contact aaron.privacy@amaar.capital. There is no game account to delete. Requests concerning independent Apple, Google or device-provider processing must also be directed to the relevant provider.

Security and international processing

The release uses app-private storage, disables web view file/content access and release debugging, and does not maintain a remote game-data database. It does not implement a separate application-level encryption scheme for local saves. No device or storage method is completely secure.

There is no international transfer of saved gameplay by the game code. Independent platform services and any email service handling privacy enquiries may process information in other countries. Where processing of privacy enquiries involves a transfer subject to data-protection restrictions, we must use the safeguards required by the applicable law. You may contact us for information about the service providers handling your enquiry, processing locations and any relevant safeguards. We do not promise that all independent platform processing occurs in a particular country.

Changes

We will update this notice when the app's data practices change and revise the effective date. Adding network services, advertising, accounts or other data processing would require reassessment of this notice and the relevant Apple App Store and Google Play declarations before release.
